EG & IA LLC operates the APIThreshold website and software (“APIThreshold,” “we,” “us”) and is the data controller for information described here. Contact: support@apithreshold.ai.
2. What we collect
- Support communications — Content of emails and messages you send to support@apithreshold.ai.
- Payment metadata — Stripe processes payments; we receive billing status, customer identifiers, and related metadata. We do not store full card numbers.
- License identifiers — A
customer_idand tier claims in the JWT we issue for paid licenses.
We do not currently use third-party analytics on this marketing site. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy.
3. What we do not collect by default
APIThreshold runs in your environment. By default we do not receive your OpenAPI specifications, test code, or gate run output. LLM requests go from your installation to your configured provider using your API keys.
4. Why we use information
- Respond to support and sales inquiries
- Process subscriptions and issue licenses
- Operate and improve the product (aggregate or de-identified data only where applicable)
5. Sharing
We use Stripe as our payment processor. We do not sell your personal information.
6. Retention
We retain support email threads as needed for customer service and legal obligations. Stripe retains payment records according to Stripe’s policies.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold by emailing support@apithreshold.ai. We will respond with reasonable effort.
8. Children
APIThreshold is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
9. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, consistent with our Terms of Service.
10. Changes
We may update this policy by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date.
