Refund & Cancellation

1. Cancel your subscription
You may cancel a Stripe subscription through the Stripe customer portal (when we send you a link) or by emailing support@apithreshold.ai. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not delete your account history with Stripe.
2. License after cancellation
Your APITHRESHOLD_LICENSE JWT remains valid through the end of the paid period you already paid for, unless we state otherwise in writing. We may re-issue JWTs manually on renewal until delivery is fully automated.
3. Refunds
First-time Starter: If this is your first paid Starter subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge by emailing support@apithreshold.ai.
After that window: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, access continues until the end of the current period and the subscription does not renew.
4. How to request a refund or help with billing
Email support@apithreshold.ai from the address used at purchase. Include your organization name and the approximate charge date. Paid use is subject to our Terms of Service.
